• Before creating MaHoC, Martine Malaganne was Marketing and Communication Director with the Latitudes S.A., Hotels and Resorts tourism group. Before this, she was Marketing Manager for Bahlsen SA, an agribusiness company. 
• In parallel with her activities at MaHoC, Martine Malaganne is responsible for teaching marketing and market research with the Négocia group, a training centre which is part of Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Previous professional experience:

• She started her career as Head of Market Research for Europcar International. 
• After specialising in the economics of tourism and local development, she completed a number of research and evaluation assignments for the National Tourism Intelligence Centre before becoming Manager of the Research and Strategy Office for the Tourism Department from 1993 to 1997.
• She participated in a consultancy assignment for the Association of Caribbean States in order to set up sustainable tourism indicators from 2001 to 2003. Also, Christine Le Gargasson has privileged links with Latin America; since 1997, she has made an active contribution to setting up community-based solidarity projects in Mexico (women’s artisanal cooperative).
